
Chicken with Fanta, carrot and orange

Ingredients
1poultry steamer
1Orange
1Corn-fed chicken
1Sriracha
1bunch of carrots
1Cumin
1pinch of smoked paprika powder
1can of Fanta
4Mayonnaise
Olive oil
parsley to taste
Pepper and salt
Thyme to taste
Preparation
- Season the inside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Pour half a can of Fanta into the chicken holder.
- Preheat the barbecue to 210°C and rub the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken on the holder. Cook for 1.5 hours with the lid closed.
- Blanch the carrots for 10 minutes in salted water and drain.
- Brush the carrots completely with some olive oil and grill for 5 minutes on the barbecue.
- Cut the orange into thick slices and grill on the barbecue.
- Finish the carrots with parsley, thyme, and cumin.
- Squeeze the orange over the carrots.
- Cut the chicken into pieces and serve with the carrots.
- For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha (or use a spicy sauce of your choice).
- Finish everything with smoked paprika powder.
