Ingredients

chicken meatball with lentils, cauliflower, and harissa
butter or olive oil
potato mousseline with truffle mascarpone
red cabbage grandma’s style
fried mushrooms

Preparation

  1. Fry the meatball in a little butter or olive oil.
  2. Heat the potato mousseline and red cabbage and plate them.
  3. Slice the chicken meatball halfway and place on the red cabbage and potato mousseline.
  4. Serve with sautéed mushrooms.
