Bussing small brown sourdough 50 grams
2slices of bacon
Preparation
- Bake the small sourdough (4 min at 200°C). Then let the roll cool first.
- Score the top of the roll.
- Spread butter on the roll and fill with the bacon slices.
- Garnish with fig chutney and a tablespoon of toasted pine nuts.
