This dish consists of: - Small brown sourdough 50 grams - Butter - Slices of bacon - Fig chutney - Roasted pine nuts

Ingredients

Butter
Fig chutney
roasted pine nuts
Bussing small brown sourdough 50 grams
2slices of bacon

Preparation

  1. Bake the small sourdough (4 min at 200°C). Then let the roll cool first.
  2. Score the top of the roll.
  3. Spread butter on the roll and fill with the bacon slices.
  4. Garnish with fig chutney and a tablespoon of toasted pine nuts.
