1small red beet, thinly sliced
50gred beet hummus
6slices of cucumber

Preparation
- Bake the small sourdough (4 min at 200°C), let the roll cool before scoring.
- Score the bread (do not cut all the way through).
- Top the bread with red beet and hummus.
- Place thinly sliced cucumber on top.
- Garnish with cress.
