This dish consists of: - Small white sourdough 50 grams - Red beetroot - Red beetroot hummus - Cucumber - Cress

Ingredients

Bussing mini white sourdough 50 grams
1small red beet, thinly sliced
50gred beet hummus
6slices of cucumber
Cress

Preparation

  1. Bake the small sourdough (4 min at 200°C), let the roll cool before scoring.
  2. Score the bread (do not cut all the way through).
  3. Top the bread with red beet and hummus.
  4. Place thinly sliced cucumber on top.
  5. Garnish with cress.
