mannitol (Sosa)

Preparation

  1. Clean fresh mandarins and carefully skewer the segments onto sticks.
  2. Heat mannitol (a little powdered food coloring can be melted in as well).
  3. Wait until the sugar is completely melted and fry the segments once in the hot sugar.
