Airy herb butter made from goat cheese with fresh parsley and aromatic escargot herbs. Perfect for bread or as an accompaniment to dishes.

Tip: can be prepared in advance and frozen.

Ingredients

Salted butter
Soft goat cheese
Fresh parsley
escargot herbs

Preparation

  1. Mix ¬Ω salted butter and ¬Ω soft goat cheese in the food processor.
  2. Before serving, whip the mixture completely airy in the food processor with a bit of escargot herbs.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
