Limoncello shaved ice

Freshly shaved limoncello ice! For approximately 6 servings.

Ingredients

500mlWater
ice shaver
50mlLimoncello
60mlLemon juice
100gFine sugar

125gSugar
50mlLemon juice
125mlLimoncello

Preparation

  1. Use the chosen limoncello: limoncello Original or limoncello basil.
  2. Mix everything well with a whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour into the cups and freeze.
  4. Place in the holder and shave the ice from it.

  1. Drizzle the shaved ice with the limoncello syrup.
  2. Garnish the shaved limoncello Original with finely chopped lemon zest and the shaved limoncello basil with a dried lime slice.
  3. Top with basil cress.
