Mini syllabub with champagne

A delicious dessert for the Christmas menu!

Ingredients

1Champagne
150gMascarpone
3Icing sugar
Amaretti cookies
4Cream
fresh red fruit
Banoffee curd

Preparation

  1. This recipe is for about 10 glasses.
  2. Crumble some amaretti cookies and place them at the bottom of the glasses. Sprinkle with a little champagne.
  3. Whip the mascarpone with the cream and powdered sugar until light and airy.
  4. Stir in a tablespoon of banoffee curd (until nicely marbled).
  5. Spoon some red fruit onto the amaretti cookies, sprinkle with champagne.
  6. Spoon a little banoffee curd on top.
  7. Spoon the syllabub on top and finally grate some almond over it.
