
Mini syllabub with champagne
A delicious dessert for the Christmas menu!Ingredients
1Champagne
150gMascarpone
3Icing sugar
Amaretti cookies
4Cream
fresh red fruit
Banoffee curd
Preparation
- This recipe is for about 10 glasses.
- Crumble some amaretti cookies and place them at the bottom of the glasses. Sprinkle with a little champagne.
- Whip the mascarpone with the cream and powdered sugar until light and airy.
- Stir in a tablespoon of banoffee curd (until nicely marbled).
- Spoon some red fruit onto the amaretti cookies, sprinkle with champagne.
- Spoon a little banoffee curd on top.
- Spoon the syllabub on top and finally grate some almond over it.
