Mushi gyoza don
Steamed gyoza served on sushi rice, topped with sliced daikon, nori, and ikura.Ingredients

Salt
Rice vinegar
Sushi rice

Preparation
- Cut the daikon into thin strips and place them in salt for several hours. Then rinse with water and season with rice vinegar.
- Cook the sushi rice as indicated on the package.
- Steam the gyoza in a steamer basket over a pan or in the steamer. Frozen for about 10 minutes, thawed for about 5 minutes.
- Spoon the sushi rice onto a plate, add some daikon, and then the gyoza.
- Serve with some thinly sliced nori and ikura (harinori).
