Pide with beef pastrami

Ingredients

2Raclette cheese slices
Beef pastrami
4Pickle slices
4Brava sauce
60gSauerkraut
4Barbecue mustard

Preparation

  1. Heat the beef pastrami on the barbecue and slice thinly.
  2. Open the pide and spread with barbecue mustard and brava sauce.
  3. Top with sauerkraut, about 230 grams of the sliced pastrami, pickle slices, and raclette cheese.
  4. Place under the grill until the cheese is melted.
  5. Cut in half and serve.
