Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the frozen plain paratha until golden brown.
- Briefly fry the chicken kebab in the pan.
- Mix the butter chicken paste with the coconut milk and add to the chicken. Bring to a brief boil.
- Finely slice the iceberg lettuce and spring onion.
- Mix yogurt with sumac to taste.
- Top the paratha with iceberg lettuce, butter chicken, and finish with yogurt-sumac dressing and spring onion.
