Zeeuws braadstuk is cut from a fresh pork belly and then marinated for 24 hours. This gives it a deliciously intense flavor. Perfect to serve thinly sliced as a small bite.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 235°C.
  2. Score the fat on the roast slightly.
  3. Place the meat on a rack and roast until crispy in about 35 minutes.
  4. We serve this on a board with sautéed mushrooms, pumpkin, bread, and truffle mayonnaise.
