Oyster with shallot and Forum cabernet sauvignon

A classic oyster preparation with a refined vinaigrette of shallot and Cabernet Sauvignon red wine vinegar.

Ingredients

Shallot
Red wine vinegar
Lime
summer oyster
ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the shallot and mix with the red wine vinegar.
  2. Open the oysters and cut them loose, drain the liquid.
  3. Place them back in the shell and spoon a little red wine vinegar with shallot over them.
  4. Finish with a little freshly ground pepper.
  5. Present this dish in the oyster shell.
