Okonomiyaki with katsuobushi

Ingredients

200gFlour
Soy sauce
1Panko
200mlbouillon (of your choice)
4Eggs
cooked octopus tentacle
okonomi sauce
Japanese mayonnaise
katsuobushi (dried bonito)
wakame

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with a dash of soy sauce.
  2. Sift the flour and mix with the egg mixture.
  3. Add the broth.
  4. Finally, mix in the panko.
  5. Add some chopped octopus and wakame to taste.
  6. Preheat the samosa maker and grease with pancoating (33321138).
  7. Spoon some of the batter into the iron.
  8. Close the device and bake until done.
  9. Brush the okonomiyaki with the okonomi sauce and a dollop of Japanese mayonnaise.
  10. Generously garnish with the katsuobushi flakes.
