
Okonomiyaki with katsuobushi

Soy sauce
1Panko
200mlbouillon (of your choice)
4Eggs
cooked octopus tentacle
okonomi sauce
Japanese mayonnaise
katsuobushi (dried bonito)
wakame
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with a dash of soy sauce.
- Sift the flour and mix with the egg mixture.
- Add the broth.
- Finally, mix in the panko.
- Add some chopped octopus and wakame to taste.
- Preheat the samosa maker and grease with pancoating (33321138).
- Spoon some of the batter into the iron.
- Close the device and bake until done.
- Brush the okonomiyaki with the okonomi sauce and a dollop of Japanese mayonnaise.
- Generously garnish with the katsuobushi flakes.
