Ingredients

Okonomiyaki
Warm smoked salmon
Massago green
Ponzu citrus

Preparation

  1. Cut the okonomiyaki to the desired size and heat in an oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Garnish with the salmon, masago, and ponzu mayonnaise.
