Paella of black fideua and squid

Ingredients

1Black garlic
1units.itemscooked octopus tentacle
1units.itemssquid tubes
200gblack fideuà
2units.itemsfinely chopped shallots
Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Blanch the fideua for 3 minutes in salted water.
  2. Cut the squid tubes into rings and chop the cooked octopus into small pieces.
  3. Fry the squid tubes and octopus in oil.
  4. Add the chopped shallot and black garlic, fry briefly.
  5. Add the cooked fideua and season with salt.
  6. Optionally sprinkle with some chopped garlic and sliced spring onion.
