Pandan Sour

Fresh and tropical cocktail with Bandoeng’22 Pandan Liqueur, lemon juice, and aquafaba. Creamy, sweet and sour, and garnished with a pandan leaf.

Ingredients

10mlSugar syrup
Pandan leaf
Ice cubes
45mlLemon juice
3Drops of aquafaba
50mlBandoeng'22 Pandan Liqueur

Preparation

  1. Put the pandan liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and 3 drops of aquafaba in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  3. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pandan leaf.
