
Raspberry panna cotta with a strawberry smoothie and honey cress

800mlDebic Panna Cotta
200gRaspberry purée
50mlRose syrup
1kgFrozen strawberries
500gFull-fat yogurt
1units.itemsHoney cress tray
Preparation
- Melt the panna cotta and mix with the raspberry purée and rose syrup.
- Portion into the glasses and reserve in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Blend all ingredients into a nice smooth smoothie.
- Add extra yogurt if the smoothie is too thick.
- Pour the smoothie à la minute over the panna cotta and garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of honey cress.
