Raspberry panna cotta with a strawberry smoothie and honey cress

A refined raspberry panna cotta, combined with a fruity strawberry smoothie and a subtle hint of honey cress.This recipe is for about 10 smoothies.

Ingredients

800mlDebic Panna Cotta
200gRaspberry purée
50mlRose syrup

1kgFrozen strawberries
500gFull-fat yogurt
1units.itemsHoney cress tray

Preparation

  1. Melt the panna cotta and mix with the raspberry purée and rose syrup.
  2. Portion into the glasses and reserve in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  1. Blend all ingredients into a nice smooth smoothie.
  2. Add extra yogurt if the smoothie is too thick.

  1. Pour the smoothie à la minute over the panna cotta and garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of honey cress.
