Panna cotta with strawberry, infused with Licor 43

Soft summer fruit is delicious to serve as is, but we like to give it a more intense flavor by first drying it and then infusing it.

Ingredients

Strawberries
dessert base panna cotta
Licor 43

Preparation

  1. Prepare panna cotta according to the instructions.
  2. Place the strawberries on a rack in the dehydrator and dry for two days at 65°C.
  3. Warm the dried fruit in Licor 43.
