10mlMonin passion fruit syrup
45mlCachaca 51

Preparation

  1. Muddle the lime together with the passion fruit syrup in a rocks glass.
  2. Top up with crushed ice. Add the cachaça, the pulp of half a passion fruit, stir, and top up with more crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a short straw, a lime wedge, and half a passion fruit.
