Peking Duck Bao

‘Black steamed buns’ with coleslaw, crispy Peking duck spring rolls with sticky Korean BBQ glaze and a spicy sriracha mayo.

Ingredients

Sticky Korean sauce
Sesame seeds
Peking duck spring roll
Black bao
Sriracha mayonnaise
Cole slaw

Preparation

  1. Steam the bao buns until warm and cut them in half.
  2. Fry the spring rolls, one per bun.
  3. Cut the spring rolls in half and brush with the sticky Korean sauce.
  4. Place some cole slaw on the bao.
  5. Place the spring roll on top.
  6. Garnish with sriracha mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
