Peking duck spring roll
Black bao
Sriracha mayonnaise
Cole slaw
Preparation
- Steam the bao buns until warm and cut them in half.
- Fry the spring rolls, one per bun.
- Cut the spring rolls in half and brush with the sticky Korean sauce.
- Place some cole slaw on the bao.
- Place the spring roll on top.
- Garnish with sriracha mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
