Cornichons
Savora mustard piccalilli
Duck ham poivre
Raspberry powder
Quail eggs

Red onion chutney
Preparation
- Let the croissant buns thaw for about 45 minutes in the provided baking molds.
- Bake the buns at 170°C for about 18 minutes.
- Slice the buns horizontally in half.
- Spread both cut sides with Savora mustard.
- Top with a leaf of butter lettuce, a slice of duck ham, a spoonful of red onion chutney, and cornichons.
- Place the top half of the bun back on the sandwich.
- Place a fried quail egg on top and lightly sprinkle with raspberry powder.
