Duck Breakfast Swirl

Breakfast with character: a baked cinnamon swirl as a base for crispy bacon, duck ham, egg, cheddar, and fresh red cabbage salad.

Ingredients

Cheddar slices
Bacon slices
Fried egg
Cinnamon swirl
Red cabbage salad
Melting lid
Tortilla press
natural duck ham

Preparation

  1. Let the cinnamon rolls thaw, but make sure they are still cold.
  2. Press the rolls between baking paper in the tortilla press.
  3. Fry the disc on both sides until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Fry the bacon until crispy.
  5. Place the bacon on the cinnamon swirl and top with the fried egg.
  6. Place a slice of cheddar on top and cover with the melting lid until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with the red cabbage salad.
