Piccolini buffalo mozzarella
Egg white
Flour
Pepper and salt
caramelized onion
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Grind the bruschetta into a crumble using the food processor.
- Pat the buffalo mozzarella balls dry.
- Flour the buffalo mozzarella balls, dip them in the egg white, and coat them in the bruschetta.
- Dip the buffalo mozzarella balls again in the egg white and then in the crumble.
- Let them firm up in the refrigerator for a while.
- Fry the buffalo mozzarella balls at about 180°C for 2 minutes.
- After frying, salt the buffalo mozzarella balls and generously grate Parmesan cheese over them and mix well.
- Serve the Piccolini buffalo mozzarella with caramelized onion.
