Preparation
- Cut chicken thigh into coarse pieces.
- Bake the pita bread in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix the Kewpie mayonnaise with ras el hanout to taste.
- Blanch the peas and haricot verts.
- Split the haricot verts lengthwise.
- Cut the onion into quarter rings.
- Fry the chicken thigh until crispy in a pan.
- When the chicken is almost cooked, add the onion, harissa, garlic, and white beech mushrooms and fry briefly.
- Just before serving, add the haricot verts and peas and fry briefly.
- Spoon onto the baked pita bread and pipe the ras el hanout mayonnaise on top.
- Serve immediately.
