Poke bowl with teriyaki chicken and sriracha mayonnaise

Ingredients

Go-Tan Soy Sauce
Sesame seeds
Go-Tan Sriracha
1Rice vinegar
edamame beans
Go-Tan Wok Sauce Teriyaki
0.5Sunflower oil
Mayonnaise
100gChicken thighs
60gSushi rice
40gCarrot, julienned
Mango, diced

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes, add 0.5 tbsp sunflower oil to a frying pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Then drain the fat and return the chicken to the pan with the Go-Tan teriyaki stir-fry sauce. Let it caramelize for 5 minutes. Then add the sesame seeds and stir well.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the sushi rice. Once the rice is ready, mix in 1 tbsp rice vinegar and let the rice rest.
  4. Now make the sriracha mayonnaise by mixing 1 part sriracha with 2 parts mayonnaise.
  5. Boil the edamame beans for 2 minutes and drain.
  6. Divide the rice in a bowl and arrange all the ingredients around the bowl by color.
  7. Place the chicken in the center of the bowl and top with sliced spring onion.
  8. Serve the poké bowl with the sriracha mayonnaise and some soy sauce.
