Preparation
- Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes, add 0.5 tbsp sunflower oil to a frying pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Then drain the fat and return the chicken to the pan with the Go-Tan teriyaki stir-fry sauce. Let it caramelize for 5 minutes. Then add the sesame seeds and stir well.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sushi rice. Once the rice is ready, mix in 1 tbsp rice vinegar and let the rice rest.
- Now make the sriracha mayonnaise by mixing 1 part sriracha with 2 parts mayonnaise.
- Boil the edamame beans for 2 minutes and drain.
- Divide the rice in a bowl and arrange all the ingredients around the bowl by color.
- Place the chicken in the center of the bowl and top with sliced spring onion.
- Serve the poké bowl with the sriracha mayonnaise and some soy sauce.
