mini vine tomatoes
chopped parsley
Mozzarella
Basil
vegetarian chicken pieces
Ghee
finely chopped garlic
Preparation
- Place the portobello on a baking tray and melt the ghee with garlic.
- Chop the parsley and add it to the clarified butter.
- Brush the portobello on both sides with the clarified butter.
- Place the halved mini vine tomatoes on top.
- Cut the mozzarella into pieces and place on the portobello.
- Also add the vegetarian chicken pieces.
- Bake in an oven for 6 minutes at 180°C.
