Portobello mozzarella

Stuffed portobello with mozzarella, tomato and basil. A flavorful and vegetarian dish, ideal as a starter or side dish.

Ingredients

Portobello
mini vine tomatoes
chopped parsley
Mozzarella
Basil
vegetarian chicken pieces
Ghee
finely chopped garlic

Preparation

  1. Place the portobello on a baking tray and melt the ghee with garlic.
  2. Chop the parsley and add it to the clarified butter.
  3. Brush the portobello on both sides with the clarified butter.
  4. Place the halved mini vine tomatoes on top.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and place on the portobello.
  6. Also add the vegetarian chicken pieces.
  7. Bake in an oven for 6 minutes at 180°C.
