get Spanish rub
bomba rice
potato wedges with rosemary
Poultry stock
Preparation
- Meat: Rub the meat with a Spanish rub.
- Grill the meat briefly on both sides and then cut the strip into 3 pieces.
- Serve aioli with the meat.
- Rice: Cook Spanish bomba rice in a mixture of poultry stock, seasoned with pimentón (smoked paprika powder).
- Potatoes: Mix neutral oil with a little pimentón.
- Fry the seasoned, pre-cooked potatoes in the oil.
