Quinoa comes in many different colors and textures, so you can easily vary with it. In this recipe, we use quinoa tricolore.Ingredients

100gHot-smoked salmon
200gquinoa tricolore
wakame
wasabi dressing
chips sparkling wine
1Tomato
Preparation
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions.
- Peel the tomato and cut into brunoise.
- Flake the salmon.
- Mix the quinoa with the wasabi dressing.
- Clean the avocado and cut to the desired size.
- Spoon the quinoa into a bowl. Top with the tomato brunoise, then the warm smoked salmon, avocado, and wakame. Garnish with the chips.
