Preparation
- Blend the smoked garlic paste into the mayonnaise with a hand blender.
- Then mix in the sour cream, salt, and juice of half a lemon.
- Blend the black garlic paste into the mayonnaise with a hand blender.
- Then mix in the sour cream, salt, and juice of half a lemon.
- Prepare the squid strips in the oven or deep fryer.
- Serve the squid strips with the garlic sauces.
