Crispy, breaded strips of cuttlefish served with two garlic sauces.We serve the empanadas with two garlic sauces. One based on smoked garlic and one based on black garlic.

25gSmoked garlic paste

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoked garlic paste into the mayonnaise with a hand blender.
  2. Then mix in the sour cream, salt, and juice of half a lemon.

  1. Blend the black garlic paste into the mayonnaise with a hand blender.
  2. Then mix in the sour cream, salt, and juice of half a lemon.

  1. Prepare the squid strips in the oven or deep fryer.
  2. Serve the squid strips with the garlic sauces.
