
Remoulade of Amsterdam pickles

1lOliehoorn Clean Label mayonnaise
200gTurkish yogurt
150gPickles
100gCapers
50gMustard
pepper and salt
dill, chives, tarragon
1Shallot
2zest of lemons
splash of white wine vinegar
Preparation
- Finely chop the capers, pickles, and fresh herbs with a sharp knife. Finely dice the shallot.
- Mix the chopped ingredients with the Clean Label mayonnaise.
- Stir the Turkish yogurt and mustard into the mayonnaise.
- Season with pepper, salt, lemon zest, and a splash of white wine vinegar.
- Store the remoulade sauce in the fridge.
