Remoulade of Amsterdam pickles

Ingredients

1lOliehoorn Clean Label mayonnaise
200gTurkish yogurt
150gPickles
100gCapers
50gMustard
pepper and salt
dill, chives, tarragon
1Shallot
2zest of lemons
splash of white wine vinegar

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the capers, pickles, and fresh herbs with a sharp knife. Finely dice the shallot.
  2. Mix the chopped ingredients with the Clean Label mayonnaise.
  3. Stir the Turkish yogurt and mustard into the mayonnaise.
  4. Season with pepper, salt, lemon zest, and a splash of white wine vinegar.
  5. Store the remoulade sauce in the fridge.
