Ribs glazed with marinade made from Liefmans.

Ingredients

1Chili pepper
2.5Brown sugar
1Liège syrup
500gpork ribs
65mlLiefmans Fruitesse
1chopped ginger

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze.
  3. Place the ribs on the baking tray and brush with the marinade. Put in the preheated oven for 30 min. Occasionally baste the meat with some extra marinade during baking.
