Red fruit and white chocolate beignet

Preparation

  1. Mix two-thirds of the red fruit with the water, goat cheese, and white chocolate.
  2. Then add the golden crispy batter mix.
  3. Scoop balls of the batter and fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Halve the beignets and garnish the dish with the caramel sauce and the remaining red fruit.
