Preparation
- Grill or toast the pre-sliced Schiacciata on both sides (the two cut surfaces).
- Spread the truffle mayonnaise on the two toasted sides of the Schiacciata.
- Assemble the sandwich with the mortadella, arugula, and sliced olives.
- Close the sandwich and press lightly.
