Smashed gratin with pulled pork

Smashed gratin with smokey pulled pork and cheddar, served with red coleslaw, crème fraîche and a fresh lime kick.One basic potato gratin slice, countless applications. Ingredients

100gPulled pork
Chili oil
Smokey BBQ sauce
Red coleslaw
1Cheddar slice
1Creamy gratin tartlet
Smoke oil
Lime
Sour cream

Preparation

  1. Let the gratin tart thaw and flatten it.
  2. Heat a frying pan with a little smoked oil and chili oil and fry the gratin tart until crispy.
  3. Mix the pulled pork with a splash of smoky BBQ sauce.
  4. Place the gratin tart in an oven or serving dish and spread the pulled pork over it.
  5. Top with a slice of cheddar.
  6. Place the dish in the oven at 180°C and bake for about 8 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted.
  7. Serve with red coleslaw and a spoonful of sour cream.
  8. Finally, grate some lime over the top.
