Smashed gratin with pulled pork

100gPulled pork
Chili oil
Smokey BBQ sauce
Red coleslaw
1Cheddar slice
1Creamy gratin tartlet
Smoke oil
Lime
Sour cream
Preparation
- Let the gratin tart thaw and flatten it.
- Heat a frying pan with a little smoked oil and chili oil and fry the gratin tart until crispy.
- Mix the pulled pork with a splash of smoky BBQ sauce.
- Place the gratin tart in an oven or serving dish and spread the pulled pork over it.
- Top with a slice of cheddar.
- Place the dish in the oven at 180°C and bake for about 8 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted.
- Serve with red coleslaw and a spoonful of sour cream.
- Finally, grate some lime over the top.
