Soup of love

Soup with hearts, ideal for surprising a loved one!

Ingredients

200gCrème fraîche
2gGelatin sheets
silicone mold micro love n.5
100gWhipped cream

Garnish of choice
Soup of choice

Preparation

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
  2. Bring the cream almost to a boil.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin sheet in the warm cream.
  4. Stir in the crème fraîche.
  5. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Fill the mold with the mixture and place it in the freezer.

  1. Remove the frozen hearts from the mold and let them thaw in the fridge.
  2. Place the hearts in a deep plate with garnish of your choice.
  3. Pour the hot soup into a small jug and pour it at the table into the plate. You can use a nice lobster bisque for this, but of course, a tasty tomato soup will also work.
