
Spinach and garlic pizza

Vegetable stock
Fresh spinach
Quail egg
Garlic powder
Salt
Crème fraîche
Algae powder
garlic oil
Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
dried Italian ham
Preparation
- Make the dough as indicated in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page). Additionally, mix 5 grams of algae powder and 10 grams of garlic powder into the flour. Blend warm vegetable stock with some fresh spinach and strain the mixture. Use this liquid instead of water. Also use garlic oil instead of olive oil.
- Make a sauce from crème fraîche, purée of sautéed spinach, and salt, and spread this over the pizza base.
- Place some stewed spinach on top, break a quail egg in the center, and grate Parmesan cheese over it.
- Bake the pizza base in the oven.
- Top the pizza with dried Italian ham before serving.
