Preparation
- Boil the floury potatoes until done and mash with a fork.
- Clean the celeriac, cut into large pieces, and cook until done in milk.
- Stir the cooked celeriac into the potatoes and add a little butter and some of the warm milk from the celeriac. Season with salt.
- Cut the veal cheek into pieces and stir into the mash.
