Steak 'n Mushrooms sandwich

A richly filled sandwich with rib-eye steak, mushrooms, and a delicious spread.

Ingredients

1Baguette
rib eye steak
150gButter
Fresh thyme
1garlic clove
50gMushrooms
Rocket
2Saus.Guru's Baguette Spread

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Press the garlic clove and finely chop the thyme.
  2. Fry the steak in a hot pan with butter, garlic, and fresh thyme, about 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Set aside and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the baguette in half and toast it.
  5. Sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
  6. Top the bread with Saus.Guru's Baguette Spread and finish with the steak, mushrooms, and arugula.
