Crispy baked cod with sweet potato fries and remoulade dip.

Ingredients

2cod fillets
panko breadcrumbs
sweet potato fries
Carrots
bell peppers
Harissa Remoulade Dip

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Season the panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll the cod fillets in the seasoned panko mixture and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with sweet potato fries, Harissa Remoulade dip, sautéed carrots, and bell peppers.
