Preparation
Step 1
- Sauté the endive leaves in a hot pan with vegetable oil until browned.
- Cook the fusili until done in 11 to 13 minutes.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix together with the fusili and endive leaves in a bowl.
- Serve on a plate and garnish with roasted almonds and Saus.Guru's Cacio é Pepe Mayo.
