Surf 'n turf burger

For over a hundred years, the hamburger has been a popular dish. Not surprising, as the possibilities are endless! In this version, we combine meat with fish.

Ingredients

3Argentinian prawns
Brander mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
1hamburger bun with chili
tomato, arugula, red onion, garlic
1veal burger
Algae powder

Preparation

  1. Bake the chili bun according to the instructions.
  2. Grill the veal burger in a pan or on the barbecue.
  3. Grate a little Parmesan cheese over the bun and let it melt.
  4. Sauté the Argentine prawns in a pan with some garlic and thinly sliced onion rings.
  5. Cut the bun in half and top with arugula and tomato.
  6. Place the hamburger with the melted Parmesan cheese on the bun.
  7. Place the prawns and red onion on the hamburger.
  8. Mix the mayonnaise with the algae powder.
  9. Spread the algae mayonnaise on the top of the bun and place it on the prawns.
