Toast with tomato, burrata and garden herbs

A crispy toast topped with juicy tomato, creamy burrata, and a mix of fresh garden herbs.The green oils from Grønn are oils made just as the chefs at HANOS would make them in the kitchen. Highly flavorful and deep green in color. You can find these Grønn oils in our vegetable department. Perfect, for example, for seasoning 'split dressings'.

Ingredients

Maldon salt
Pepper
4Tomatoes
1basil oil
1balsamic vinegar
1Fresh burrata
50gFresh herb salad
1Lime (zest)
2Sourdough bread slices
0.5garlic clove

Preparation

  1. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into wedges, then hollow them out.
  2. Marinate the tomato wedges in basil oil and season with a little salt.
  3. Toast the slices of sourdough bread and rub them with the half clove of garlic.
  4. Chop the burrata and divide it over the toasted slices of bread.
  5. Top the burrata with the marinated tomato wedges.
  6. Sprinkle the fresh herb salad (tarragon, mint, dill, arugula, frisée) and lime zest over the tomatoes.
  7. Make a vinaigrette by mixing the balsamic vinegar and basil oil.
  8. Drizzle the toast with this vinaigrette and finish with a pinch of Maldon salt.
