Tomato and bell pepper soup with bell pepper foam

250gplant-based cream 31%
85gKnorr Professional Spanish tomato-smoked paprika soup
1lWater
10gKnorr Professional intense flavour roast umami
15gKnorr Professional spice puree paprika
2gtomato flakes
2gbasil powder

Preparation

  1. Bring a liter of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
  2. Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. For the bell pepper foam, mix the bell pepper puree and roast umami into the plant-based cream.
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a siphon and charge with a cartridge.
  5. Ladle the soup into the bowls and pipe the bell pepper foam on top.
  6. Garnish the soup with tomato flakes and basil powder.
