Flammkuchen toastie

Tip: if you have a sandwich grill that doesn’t reach such high temperatures, place the toasted sandwiches in an oven at 220°C.

Ingredients

Flammkuchen
Crème fraîche
Leek
cumin-anise spices
Smoked bacon cubes
young matured cheese

Preparation

  1. Spread a flammkuchen base with a little crème fraîche.
  2. Top half with finely sliced leek rings and smoked bacon cubes.
  3. Add pieces of young matured cheese. Grate cumin-anise spices over it.
  4. Fold the dough in half and make toasted sandwiches from it.
