Turkish pizza with chickpea salad

Turkish pizza with chickpea salad and baharat.The Arabic translation of spice is baharat. This warm, full blend with ingredients such as paprika and cinnamon is delicious to use in Arabic dishes like hummus, falafel, tagines, and for seasoning meat.

Ingredients

50Harissa
1Euroma Baharat

4glarge wrap tortillas
150gHummus
300gGreek yogurt
20gMint
400gChickpeas
500gVine tomatoes
100gshredded iceberg lettuce

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the harissa and Baharat.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and mix half of it into the minced meat.
  4. Spread the minced meat in a thin layer over the wraps and place them on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the Turkish pizzas for about 12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Mix half of the hummus with the Greek yogurt and the rest of the garlic to make garlic sauce.
  7. Finely chop the mint leaves and stir half into the sauce.
  8. Drain the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  9. Mix the chickpeas with the tomato wedges and the rest of the hummus.
  10. Sprinkle the rest of the mint over the salad.
  11. Take the pizzas out of the oven and spread the iceberg lettuce over them. Drizzle with some garlic sauce.
  12. Roll them up and wrap in aluminum foil.
  13. Serve with the rest of the garlic sauce and the chickpea-tomato salad. Delicious with sriracha sauce if you like it spicy.
