Tempura flour
tandoori spices
Spanish onions
Panko
Puffed quinoa
Preparation
- Clean the onions and slice them. Press the rings out of the slices.
- Season tempura flour with a bit of tandoori spices.
- Mix the batter with water until it has the thickness of yogurt.
- Pulse the panko in a food processor until powdered, then mix with garlic powder and puffed quinoa.
- Dip the onions first in the tempura batter, then in the panko and quinoa mixture, and fry until crispy.
