Preparation
- Cook the bratwursts through and keep them warm.
- Sauté the mini mushrooms.
- Blanch the broccoli, sugar snaps, and broad beans.
- Chop the smoked almonds.
- Cut the sausage into pieces and glaze them in olive oil together with the broccoli, sugar snaps, and broad beans. Place this in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the rice and scoop it into a bowl.
- Place the sausage with the broccoli, sugar snaps, and broad beans on top.
- Sprinkle with the chopped smoked almonds.
