Bowl with vegetarian sausage, snow peas and smoked almonds

Ingredients

100gsugar snaps
100gmini mushrooms
100gRice
50gSmoked almonds
3vegetarian bratwursts
50gBroad beans
100gBroccoli

Preparation

  1. Cook the bratwursts through and keep them warm.
  2. Sauté the mini mushrooms.
  3. Blanch the broccoli, sugar snaps, and broad beans.
  4. Chop the smoked almonds.
  5. Cut the sausage into pieces and glaze them in olive oil together with the broccoli, sugar snaps, and broad beans. Place this in a bowl.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook the rice and scoop it into a bowl.
  8. Place the sausage with the broccoli, sugar snaps, and broad beans on top.
  9. Sprinkle with the chopped smoked almonds.
