
Veggie tacos from the BBQ with cheese and tomato 'mince' sauce
The dish consists of: tacos, tomato 'minced meat' sauce, and cheese sauce.Ingredients

Mexican spices to taste
400gPeeled tomatoes
1Beyond Burger
300mlVegetable stock
2Shallots
70gTomato paste
3chipotle peppers canned
1Garlic clove
2Cream
2Milk
1Red onion
1Turmeric
100gBurrata
250gCheddar
Preparation
- Cut the wraps into the desired shape and fry them in oil.
- Finely chop the shallots and cut the garlic into pieces. 
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in oil. Add turmeric and fry briefly.
- Add the cream and milk and heat.
- Cut the cheddar into cubes and add together with the burrata, letting it all melt.
- Spoon the tomato 'mince' sauce into a barbecue tray, insert the taco chips, and pour the cheese sauce over it.
