Romantic dessert for two, straight from the heart of Ibiza.Ingredients
liqueur (of choice)
sorbet of choice
edible flower
white chocolate melted
marinated strawberries
chocoprint sheets
chocolate heart
sponge cake
Preparation
- Print an Ibiza image (mirrored) onto chocoprint sheets using the food printer.
- Brush with the melted white chocolate and place on a plate.
- Let it harden and remove the foil, so the edible image remains on the plate.
- Cut out a slice of sponge cake in a heart shape and soak with a liqueur of your choice.
- Squeeze small scoops of sorbet onto the sponge cake.
- Place a chocolate heart on the ice cream.
- Finish the dessert with marinated strawberries and the edible flower.
